Start with their fresh green mango salad with seared scallops, or a steamed egg custard with shark’s fin – heaven! You can’t leave without their wonderful desserts such as pandan tiramisu. A meal for two will set you back about SGD100.

Darling is a favourite with wine connoisseurs and those who simply enjoy good ambience and conversation.
